Sardinia Longevity Week is the new 2027 event by ASD Eagle Association · Parco Fitness Italia: six nights in Pula combining outdoor training, breathwork, metabolic walking and the discovery of Sardinia, with full board at the Hotel Rurale & SPA Orti di Nora.

Each day is dedicated to one of the four pillars of the method, and the week ends on Saturday 15 May with Blue Zone — The island of time, a traditional lunch shared with Sardinian centenarians.

We’re delighted that MyHappyRetreats will be part of this special experience in beautiful Sardinia, with a day dedicated to the power of breathwork.

The Hotel Rurale & SPA Orti di Nora is set in the countryside of Pula, just minutes from the beaches of Chia and the Gutturu Mannu Regional Nature Park. It offers a unique experience combining the comfort of a 4-star hotel with the authenticity of Sardinian tradition.

The hotel also offers a beautiful natural outdoor bio pool and a sauna, which the group can book for extra relaxation.
