At My Happy Retreats (MHR), we offer a variety of physical and mental-emotional practices tailored to each retreat or holiday experience. These include transformative activities such as active breathwork, coaching, meditation, and the 5 Tibetan exercises. We also partner with specialists in areas like nutritional coaching, as well as dynamic practices such as Salsa and African dance.
Our retreats cater to diverse needs and interests, allowing clients to choose from:
- Deeply transformative and life-changing breathwork retreats in Kiental, Switzerland.
- Rejuvenating well-being holidays in Formentera, Spain.
- Authentic cultural experiences in Abéné, Senegal, or Havana, Cuba.

Catherine Rusconi
Welcome to my space! I’m in the second half of my life’s journey, and I feel blessed to have an incredible son who’s almost 19. Like most mums, I’m immensely proud of him—not just for who he is but for the way he’s already pursuing life with passion and purpose. It’s inspiring to see someone so young living authentically. Are you living a life fueled by passion?
I believe life is short, and to truly live it to the fullest, we need to be present, authentic, and aligned with our purpose. For me, that alignment comes through breathwork, meditation, a positive mindset, and coaching. These practices have brought me closer to a life that feels fulfilling and joyful.
I am deeply passionate about connecting with people from all walks of life, exploring how we function, and learning from different cultures. I’m equally energized by my love of travel, nature, laughter, dancing, and meaningful moments of sharing and fun.
These passions inspired me to create ‘My Happy Retreats’—a space dedicated to helping people reconnect with their joy and discover a life of purpose. My goal is to guide others toward a happier, more fulfilling way of living.

My Training
In 2009, I became a certified Transformational Breath® coach, transitioning from my career as an HR Manager to a new path dedicated to helping people manage stress and live more fulfilling lives. Over the next decade, I also worked as a Health Manager, supporting individuals in managing stress, restoring their health, and building resilience.
The Bob Proctor coaching program has deepened my understanding of positive mindset practices, including the laws of the universe and the principles of quantum physics. I also practice Transcendental Meditation daily, which has become a cornerstone of my personal growth and well-being.
In addition to these practices, I am a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) practitioner and have several years of training in anatomy, astrology, and psycho-genealogy.
