This program is an intensive Breathwork & Coaching program for personal growth and transformation.
Deepen your connection to yourself, transform your limiting beliefs and negativities, learn about positive mindset and find back to your innate joy and happiness.
Daniela & Catherine accompany and support 8 people in a gentle, dedicated & loving way to reach their goals.
Our program
- Morning program 9h-12h30 (first day 10h-12h30):
- Exercises
- Short breath meditation
- Theory and exercises working on goals
- Individual coaching with Daniela or Catherine
- Breath session
- Lunch and break for exploring and hiking in the magnificent valley of the Kiental, or resting.
- Afternoon 16h30-18h30 (last day 14h-16h):
- Exercises
- Sharing and clarification in group
- Breath session
- Diner and evening free
Accommodation
- Hotel Kientalerhof, Kiental
Attached here a list of all the hotel rooms you can book directly at Hotel Kientalerhof once you have booked your retreat. There are many options and you can share rooms with others. The prices are with full board. Delicious healthy food and lovely staff in a magnificent surrounding. The hotel has also a beautiful natural bio outdoor pool as well as a sauna, that the group can book.

Once you book your retreat you engage to participate at the retreat and accept the below mentioned cancellation rules. We will send you a confirmation/invoice and with a first payment of 50% you confirm and guarantee your place at the retreat.
Our currency is Swiss Francs.
Cancellation clause:
- Up to 30 days before the retreat full refund (excluding 150.- administration fee)
- Between 29 - 21 days before the retreat 50% will be refunded (including 150.- fee)
- 20 days before the retreat and less no refund will be possible
