This program is an intensive Breathwork & Coaching program for personal growth and transformation.
Deepen your connection to yourself, transform your limiting beliefs and negativities, learn about positive mindset and find back to your innate joy and happiness.
Daniela and Catherine will guide and support a small group of 8 people with care and kindness, helping you reach your personal goals in a safe and supportive space.
Our program
- Morning program 9h-12h30 (first day 10h-12h30):
- Exercises
- Short breath meditation
- Theory and exercises working on goals
- Individual coaching with Daniela or Catherine
- Breathwork session
- Lunch and break for exploring and hiking in the magnificent valley of the Kiental, or resting.
- Afternoon 16h30-18h30 (last day 14h-16h):
- Exercises
- Sharing and clarification in group
- Breathwork session
- Dinner and evening free

Attached you’ll find a list of all the rooms available at Hotel Kientalerhof for you to choose from once you’ve booked your retreat. There are many options, including shared rooms. Prices include full board with delicious, healthy meals, served by a friendly and welcoming staff—all set in a stunning natural environment.The hotel also offers a beautiful natural outdoor bio pool and a sauna, which the group can book for extra relaxation.

Once you book your retreat, you commit to participating and agree to the cancellation policy below. A confirmation and invoice will be sent to you, and your place is secured with a first payment of 50%.

- Payments are made in Swiss Francs.
Cancellation Policy
- Up to 30 days before the retreat: Full refund (minus a 150 CHF administration fee).
- 29 to 21 days before the retreat: 50% refund (including the 150 CHF fee).
- 20 days or less before the retreat: No refunds possible.
